The Bridal Body Shop has been the answer to brides and grooms desperately trying to get in shape for their wedding . The company was featured in Glamour magazine’s January 2015 issue for New Year Fitness tips. BBS was also covered widely in other media including Shape, Fitness Rx For Men, Newsday, Bridal Guide, Muscle Sport Magazine, Weddings, Latina Magazine, WDST-FM Radio Woodstock, and partnering with Off Broadway productions such as “That Bachelorette Show” created and directed by Tony Award winner Ken Davenport.
CEO Laurie Towers worked in concert with author Andy Charalambous for his 7-book series on fitness (Amazon.com), writing several chapters. In addition to consulting on many fitness blogs and other products , Towers, along with co-creator Elite Ziegelman, hosted a weekly radio show entitled “The Bridal Body Shop” (2012-16), offering a diverse and cutting edge approach to lifestyle progress and health for all bridal party members. The program’s worldwide listener-base–and pridefully high ratings–was carried over into the current podcast “She’s Raising the Bar”, a natural extension on the core goal of women’s strength and self-esteem.
